My mother always made us tapioca pudding at Christmas. Such fond childhood memories!
Ingredients:
4 c milk
2/3 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
½ c small pearl tapioca
3 eggs beaten
Directions:
Mix everything together in a pan let sit 5 minutes. Turn stove to medium and stir often to prevent sticking. Bring to boil and boil one minute. Take off burner and cool.
